Ghost Recovery, operated by Nexus Vault LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), provides AI-powered abandoned cart recovery services to Shopify merchants. This policy explains how we handle your mobile information for our SMS messaging service.

2. Information We Collect

When you provide your mobile phone number during checkout at a partner merchant's store, we collect your mobile phone number, your first name (if provided), cart contents, and any SMS message content sent during a two-way conversation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your mobile phone number and related information solely to send you abandoned cart recovery messages on behalf of the merchant, answer product questions via AI-assisted conversation, and provide checkout assistance.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

        Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
    

We only share your information with necessary service providers (such as Twilio for delivery and OpenAI for processing) to facilitate the service you have requested.

5. Opt-Out & Help

Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
